Email-NLP - Your Guide in Writing Better Email Content
Email-NLP is an extension for Chrome, allowing you to analyze the text of your email messages.
If you wish to know the sentiment of your text, whether it needs to be more objective, or whether there is too much emotion in it, it can be done very easily with this extension.
The statistics that can be provided are:
Sentiment: Score from -1 to 1, where -1 = extremely negative, and 1 = extremely positive.
Reading level: Score from 0 to 100+, where 0 = incomprehensible, and 100+ = elementary level reading.
With this, you may also check other stats like word count, sentence count, and complex word count. Considering these things when writing emails may help you check the readability of your message.
